El pare s’ha mort. Això és el que ha sentit el Jacob quan ha despenjat el telèfon. Dos minuts més tard ha oblidat del tot aquesta notícia. Se n’ha oblidat tan completament que ni tant sols ho ha comunicat a la seva germana Ruth, amb qui conviu en un pis modest situat al nucli d’una sorollosa ciutat.

Aquest és el punt de partida de LA POLS, una obra de teatre protagonitzada per uns personatges que tenen l’esperit violent i apassionat propi de la joventut, una joventut que ja no se sent capaç de sentir res per la desaparició dels seus predecessors.

LA POLS és l’última obra de la companyia teatral Arcàdia, coproduïda per la SalaFlyhard i la Nau Ivanow i està interpretada per Marta Aran, Laura López, Guillem Motos i escrita i dirigida per Llàtzer Garcia.
A més a més compta amb una banda sonora de luxe: temes originals de The New Raemon. Temes que funcionen com a motius dels personatges i que narren petits fets del passat que ajuden a apropar-nos a la Ruth, al Jacob i a l’Alba, els éssers que habiten aquest petit univers.
