Caldera 02:16
there is enormous distance between us, oppression in the air suffocating our love you- stranger at times / we sleep in strangers sheets and dream of stranger dreams I understand the snap of your voice I cannot comment voice tone, vicious voice tone I went out and will not return tonight the caldera of my heart the cause of my hurt the curse of my crater life the curse of this room the curse of this mood it lingers in the night, it lingers in the day and I curl up next to a stranger for another strange sleep no, its not a curse, its a prison for our love torture and war love and hate
2.
A million little things building up inside of me ashes to ashes and dust to dust all of this leaving metal to rust. like spider bites in spring. something for the masses all of this leaving metal to rust falling through the very thought of you. like spider bites in spring. Round and round and round again it all comes round again, like spider bites in spring, Yearning at the beginning of the foothills, Ashes to ashes and dust to dust Round and round and round again it all comes round again, like spider bites in spring.
3.
Identity crisis hidden behind large spectacles disguised as a battle between my ego and my id. Time to remove the mask and show you who I really am. I am the words written to fit this page. This page I pretend is my forward future fame coming to light me home. Second skin. Transform. Time to remove the mask and show you who I really am.

On the night of the new moon in a face without a name, a figure without form, we watched you fade into black behind your burdened eyes break the mirror that reflects your mouth break the mirror that reflects your eyes that speaks such trivial words tackle this tempest like sea shells found a-top Mt. Everest like the new moon shining on you and me keep your lips from tasting the moons reflection at the opening reception we are under construction
5.
this is a tender moment quite peaceful and silent none the less a moment please shut your mouth for the moment I had a feeling, a notion that breeze that stung my back came from the ocean these things come from the most unexpected places want and need under the same sun under the pressure of someone I had a feeling a notion, might possibly be a premonition shut your mouth for this moment this burning moment Did the moon wane on your trail? leaving space between heaven and hell? where sky meets water the murk of existence in my garden of cosmos and clay under the sun under the pressure of someone I had a feeling a notion, might possibly be a premonition under the same sun I am leaving the port Never to make landfall again

I can’t manage myself all 10,000 episodes of my mind library war machine washing the dishes of my uptown frontal cortex in the sink of seeking. No sounds, no images, just two hands eight fingers two thumbs of punishment.

The Way Home 03:33
I built a wall To keep the darkness Out of my soul Do you know the way home? Is there a way home? The horizon burned The sky blurred And my way home was deterred By a fathom not a phantom Of my own despair I don’t look back in anger I don’t look back in regret I don’t look back Desperate bloom Outside this wall To keep the Darkness out of my soul The horizon burned The sky blurred And my way home was deterred By a fathom not a phantom Of my own repair I don’t look back in anger I don’t look back in regret I don’t look back I built a wall To keep the demons Out of my soul Do you know the way home? Is there a way home?

Here in the misty cold of your self inflicted soreness where leaves dance and fall and eventually cling to this city drain I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue where your sorrow beats down I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue where objection greets you I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue where dumb luck defeats you I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue Awaiting to see the tears fight their way through this conviction yet they cant find their way down your blue unsettled face Blanchard Avenue breaks my heart I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue where your sorrow beats down I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue where objection greets you I stand with you on Blanchard Avenue where dumb luck defeats you where broken hearts lose independence in this storm this downpour in the rain where searches begin and end in the arms of Novembers solace where objection greets you dumb luck defeats you

Ever wonder while you wander? Through the streets of time and place Small fingers displaced Through my solemn voice Through my solemn choice Cold star burning bright Tired eyes see the light Cosmological thinking Kills the inkling (Beat the burn in my frequency) Feel for the past In the present unknown What is said about the object I am? One level making a jester Tending to form my thin skin Peeling away from me as bad luck in the form of everyday life My eyes are the ghost(s) of you (Beat the burn in my frequency) play for me a piece on the piano before the grand mystery is gone forever my eyes are the ghost of you Ever wonder while you wander? Through the streets of time and place Small fingers displaced Through my solemn voice Through my solemn choice (Beat the burn in my frequency)

Blank Canvas 03:36
Ten years under the same street lamps where I became a fabulous opera. Eternity, mingled with the sea, you can’t stop life even in death. Please understand, in the age of loneliness there is only hunger, nothing but waste. Can your eyes not see more than my hands can feel?

Room 205 02:59
His last breath Died in room 205 I’ll never see you again around the bend, or a walk into the fog of Division Street I only see From the window I am not a machine It’s far, the distance is far, From here to there, I know where I am Even though I appear lost I only see From the window I am not a machine

Curtain Call 04:55
I’m wrapped up in my curtain call without stagehands to guide this theater of Earth floating out in space. Near cloudless vapors disguised as stars exploding. I turn to the sun for answers and receive only silence.
