● The Aesthetics of No-Drag is the first and only LP by Regulator Watts. It was co-released in 1997 by two of the most important labels of the underground scene: Dischord Records and Slowdime.
● The Aesthetics of No-Drag has been out of print since its release. This is the first time that a label reissues it on vinyl, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of its release.
● 13 songs ranging from post-hardcore to dub to alternative rock.
● Mastered by Alain Douches (Converge, The Promise Ring or Mùm, among others) at West
West Side. Artwork by Jason Farrell (singer of Bluetip, designer of all Fugazi's albums and
responsible for the aesthetics of many of Dischord Records' references).
● For fans of Fugazi, The Jesus Lizard, Unwound and the 90’s Washington DC underground
scene.
● Limited edition of 350 vinyls (150 colored).

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer
